We are seeking an ambitious Account Executive to join our fast-paced startup team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for nurturing and closing sales opportunities with both new and existing clients.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will contribute to the development of our sales strategy, maintain a robust pipeline, and help cultivate our sales culture. We value individual ability and drive more than experience. Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and manage potential sales opportunities, guiding customers through sales cycle from start to finish.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Work closely with the CEO to establish and execute sales goals, strategies, and tactics.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings and their competitive advantages to deliver compelling presentations to prospects.
  • Utilize CRM to track interactions, manage customer data, and identify key customer insights throughout the sales process.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong organization and time management with the ability to multitask.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
